People especially like roast beef. People who have been to Argentina can confirm that they can't be called Argentina without barbecue.

2. The Gaozhuo people living in the Pampas grassland area of Argentina, using their inherent special conditions, explored a wonderful cooking technology of "mashing Wu on horseback". "Horseback Wu meat slice" is their representative dish. This dish should be prepared before the herdsman leaves in the morning. First cut the raw meat into thin slices and then put it under the saddle. The herdsman's bumpy ride in a day makes the heat generated by the horse's back enough to cook the meat under the saddle. When people get home, they take out the meat slices and put in some suitable seasonings to mix them, which is a delicious dish with unique flavor.

3. Argentines like to drink madea tea most, but it is said to drink it rather than drink it. The real drinking method is to use a silver straw. When drinking tea, put Madai tea in a ladle, pour boiling water, and then suck it slowly with a straw.
